Well, this sucks. Vacation ends today, have to go back to work tomorrow. Ugh. I really wish that I'd spent less money the last few months because all I really want to do is quit. I can't even force myself to go into the basement and wash my workclothes. I've been half-assedly looking for another job for the past few months, but after the fourth time in one week that an HR flunky gives the "not quite what we're looking for kthxdie" speech, it's a little too depressing to keep going.

So, now I've got the Disgruntled Ex-Employee Network activated. A bunch of the people I've worked with the last few years have already gotten out and moved on to better jobs. (Some of them several times over now) Met up with a few of them over the weekend and they've got their ears open for things that might suit me.

Fall classes start in a few weeks. Still have to straighten out registration and insanely overdue library fees, but YAY! Can't wait to start engaging my brain on a daily basis.

Don't wanna go to work! Hate people! Hate job! Hate employees!

Found a new AOL radio station to listen to: Renaissance. Man, this stuff is gorgeous! Circular singing, chants, hymns... Just wish I understood Latin.
